Introduction

Welcome to the Chivalier Men’s Skincare Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the affiliate program. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Chivalier Men’s Skincare Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on the retail sales of Chivalier Men’s Skincare products purchased by their referred clients. Commission payments will be calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts or returns.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

1. Promote Chivalier Men’s Skincare products in a truthful and ethical manner.
2. Use only the marketing materials and links provided by Chivalier Men’s Skincare.
3. Ensure that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Avoid any misleading or deceptive promotional practices.
5. Payment of Commissions

Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the total commission amount due is at least $50. If the total commission is less than $50, it will be carried over to the next month. Payments will be made via the payment method specified during your enrollment.

Tracking and Reporting

Chivalier Men’s Skincare will provide tracking links and promotional materials to affiliates. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their unique tracking links are used correctly. We are not responsible for any tracking errors or omissions.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to earn commissions on sales made after the termination date.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Chivalier Men’s Skincare trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. This license will terminate upon termination of the affiliate agreement.

Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information shared by Chivalier Men’s Skincare strictly confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Chivalier Men’s Skincare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chivalier Men’s Skincare operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Chivalier Men’s Skincare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Chivalier Men’s Skincare and the affiliate regarding the affiliate program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By participating in the Chivalier Men’s Skincare Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
